Parked up at one of our favourite little venues for Alex and Sarah's wedding day which we found out only a week prior was actually a relation to me through marriage!

We went on to meet many relatives from my husbands side through the evening and had so much fun celebrating with everyone!

That’s my best friend from primary school @alanna.shapland, looking beautiful as ever on her wedding day, with myself as her MOH.

I was not put to work 🤣, but instead on the otherside of the bar for once (except for jumping in to take a few memory sake photos with her)

We were so lucky and blessed that her wedding day was the week prior to lockdown and that myself and all other vendors got to go ahead with no problems.

This is one of those, 'nothing can knock us down' posts, cos' we are all feeling it at the moment.
.
We have been hit hard this past week with restrictions and yep! - it's been shitty as all hell, and we know we arent the only ones suffering. I wanted to give a big shout out to my beautiful brides and grooms for their strength and understanding of the crappy situations we have all been thrown into, and thanks to all the vendors working together to make sure that together their special day is still a super SPESH day - whether it be able to go ahead still but limited, or moved to a new date in the future.
.
So I guess what I’m saying is - THANK YOU to everyone working with us, thank you for all our vendor friends for being there to answer questions on speed dial, thank you to all our brides and grooms for your endearing empathy for us even in your greatest time of upheave, and just a big THANK YOU to businesses for sticking this thing out!
